A. Booking a service is easy. Start by selecting a category from the main home page > choose a vendor > click on check schedule and select a time slot as per your convenience.

A. Click on the Menu > Your Grooming and you will be able to see your upcoming as well as past bookings.

A. To favorite a vendor, simply click on the heart icon on their page. You can then access all your favorited vendors easily in one place through Menu > Favorites.

A. The Groomers app acts as an aggregator of vendors and services and is not responsible for the quality of the service. However, we encourage you to leave a review after your service to help fellow Groomies make an informed selection.

A. After completion of the service you can rate the experience and the service technician. In the reviews section.

A. You can add a credit or debit card on the app to pay for the services. Additionally, you can also use your credit card to add Groomer Credit to your wallet and then use that.

A. You can add a card by going to Menu > Wallet > Add Credit Card, which will lead you to a form. Simply enter your card details and press Save. We may charge you a small amount to verify your card, that will automatically be refunded to your card. automatically be refunded to your card.

A. Your credit card will only be charged 2 hours before your scheduled service. You can cancel the booking free of charge any time before this. If you cancel the booking less than 2 hours before the service, you will be charged the full amount. However, it is possible to reschedule your booking without any charge until the scheduled time.

A. Much like an actual wallet, this is where you manage everything related to payments, from your current payment method, to your added cards, topping up your Groomer Credit, and the Groomer Loyalty program.

A. You can redeem your voucher by going to Menu > Wallet > Redeem Voucher and entering the voucher code.

A. You will be able to redeem your points to get a discount on your next booking.
